Cassandra Core-Holt

Cassandra Core-Holt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate. In her dynamic practice, she uses Solution Focused interventions, Gottman techniques and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). She has worked extensively with couples and has a special interest in working with military and veteran couples. With her 32 years of experience as a military spouse, she has keen insight into the difficulties and triumphs associated with military life. Cassandra approaches her work with practicality gained through her education, training and life experience.  In addition to her work with couples, Cassandra has a passion for working with the homeless community and she partners with several local organizations to address the needs of the local community.
